Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti, has commented on the presence of James Rodriguez, who she considers very important to maintain the club's history and identity.
James reportedly redeemed at a price of 80 million euros from AS Monaco. It comes with a remarkable speech, after becoming the best scorer and the top scorer at the 2014 World Cup.
"The history of Real Madrid shows that we always want the best players to run the project at this club," said Ancelotti on the EFE.
"James is the best player in the World Cup, he was very young. Important for us to not only look to the future, not only fixated with what exists today," added the coach.
Rodriguez backs plotted wearing the number 10 in Madrid.
